Brendan Lambert
Owner/Operator | Since 2019
An avid car enthusiast that was born and raised by gear-heads, Brendan always knew that he wanted to work with automobiles. Throughout life, many different passions have come and gone. Music, Skateboarding, Food, Business & Cars were some of the biggest passions but, the passion for cars and business always remained at the forefront. So, in late 2018, he put those two passions together and started formulating the idea of GreenTree; which would open its doors for the first time in May 2019.
Carson Lambert
Ceramic Coating Tech | Since 2021
Carson is the younger brother of our owner and was born and raised in the same car-loving family. After working a few different jobs early in his career including being a diesel mechanic, slinging some pizza & working for a construction company, Carson was hired by his brother when the time came for GreenTree to expand. Knowing the strong work ethic of his younger brother and the love of cars that they shared, it only made sense to offer him a job! He is now our Lead Detailer and is, arguably, one of the best detailers in the midwest!
Chase Ross
Detail Technician | Since 2022
Our owner met Chase at a car show in the Iron Mountain area and became Facebook friends shortly after. Then, when GreenTree was expanding once again, we put out a job listing and Chase was one of the couple hundred applicants. Knowing that Chase was a true car enthusiast, his resume was put at the top of the stack and, after interviewing a few dozen people and getting to know Chase better, the decision was made that he would be the newest person to join our team once we purchased our current property and expanded our operation.
Joshua Smiley
Operations Assistant | Since 2024
A former Ceramic Coating client of GreenTree with previous experience in detailing vehicles on his own and extensive customer service skills, Josh was the perfect candidate to come on board as our part time Operations Assistant. His role is primarily taking over some of the office work like answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates to clients. However, with his previous experience in detailing alongside some additional training, he also assists our detail team as-needed in order to ensure an efficient work place.
